While the port initializes, the light will be on, then it will blink to indicate the charge level: one blink for 0%-25% charge, two blinks for 25%-50% charge, three blinks for 50%-75% charge, four blinks for 75%-100% charge. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will go off after a minute of unblinking illumination.
